Introducing the 2nd volume of “Little Books” Series IV — Past Masters of Horror and Dark Fantasy.
Series IV will feature the seminal works of many of the progenitors of the horror and dark fantasy genres.
Each volume will be edited and signed by a contemporary writer or editor in the field.
The stories included in A Little Yellow Book of Carcosa and Kings —”In the Court of the Dragon”, “The Mask”, “The Yellow Sign”, and “The Repairer of Reputations” —are the four works by Robert W. Chambers that make up his “King in Yellow” cycle. These tales have influenced generations of writers, ranging from tribute anthologies to the first season of HBO’s hit series True Detective. Acclaimed editor and multiple Bram Stoker Award®-winner Lisa Morton provides an introduction and extensive annotations.
